Coffee consumption the world over is quite high, and with the new brands hitting the marketplace on a regular basis enthusiasts will always have something new to try. Demand for certain types of coffee are higher than for others. For instance, some coffee beans are more rare than others. When demand exceeds supply, the price goes up.
