Espresso Machines

Making the perfect espresso isn't all that easy, but an espresso machine can definitely help matters. The art of making espressos is a little bit more complicated than the art of making straight coffee-but this hasn't stopped espresso from picking up a large (and growing) following of devotees who love their espresso machines.

As others have noted, there are actually three classifications for espresso machines and those are as follows: automatic (delivers specific amounts of water to espresso at different times), super automatic (added features such as a built-in grinder) and manual. Depending on personal criteria such as style and cost, buyers may gravitate toward a specific type of unit over the others. If ease of use is paramount, then users should go for an automatic or super automatic. They may be more expensive, but they deliver in the user-friendly department. Manual versions require a certain amount of skill to operate. Those who want more of a hands-on approach to making their espresso will get the challenge they desire with a manual version.
