Espresso makers do what the name suggests-make espressos. And because of improvements in the technology, these machines are pumping out quality espresso. There are relatively inexpensive models and there are high-end models, so buyers can make a selection based on how much they have to spend. With some models, it is possible to simply push a button and wait for the machine to whirl into action. The end result will be a cup (or more) of espresso, complete with crème on the top if desired.

Espresso makers, even the low-end models, tend to come equipped with essentially everything users will need to make their espressos. Some features include special pod filters, powerful pump to improve aroma, see-through water reservoir, timer, grinder and adjustable drip tray. High-end espresso makers come at a premium, but they not only make great espresso, but also make great conversation pieces because of their stylish good looks.
